Mery Rodriguez, your host

A Hello from Your Host

Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m Mery Rodriguez, your host. Opening the doors of these homes is one of my favorite things. Every one of them is looked after with care, and it means so much when guests choose to stay with us.

My hope for your stay is simple: that you rest well, recharge, and enjoy St. Louis at your own pace. Coffee on a quiet morning, everyone gathered around the table, a good night’s sleep at the end of the day. That is what these homes are for.

And when you book direct, you deal with me personally. I read every booking request and confirm it myself. For quick questions at any hour, my assistant Louisa is right here on this page, tap the Ask Louisa button below. She answers right away, and anything she cannot answer comes straight to me. ❤️

Before You Pack

A few good things to know.

How do I book my stay?

Open the home you like, choose your dates on its page, and send a booking request. You will receive confirmation of availability and payment details by email. If you have any questions, tap “Ask Louisa” in the host section on this page.

When can I check in and check out?

Check in from 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Every home has self check-in with a smart lock or keypad, so there is no key handoff, and before you arrive, you receive your own door code for your stay.

Will I have the whole home to myself?

Yes, every stay is the entire home, all yours for the whole visit.

Can I see prices and availability here?

Each home’s page has a calendar and a booking request form. As you pick your dates and guests, the form shows your total: weeknights from $125, Fri–Sat nights higher, the same pattern as our Airbnb prices.

What if I need to cancel?

Life happens, and we want to be as fair and flexible as possible if your travel plans shift. The full policy is on each home’s page, beside the booking form.

What should I know about house rules?

Each home’s page lists its house rules in full, beside its booking form: check-in and check-out times, pets, smoking, parties, and quiet hours.
